New Truck
As much as I had planned to order my next truck, I didn't. I took my Dodge in for a 30k (at 120k) interval maintenance appointment only to find it was time to start replacing parts. The maint + rear end work + clutch was to be $3500. After wrestling with this for awhile, Beba and I traded the trusty old 1/2-ton Dodge in for a new 1-ton Ford.
As much as I was planning to purchase a 4x4 van, I was intending to keep my old truck. But, with the Dodge, it was spend a crap load on maintenance, or trade it out while it still has some--although minor--value. I sure miss the Dodge, but Beba can--since it's an auto-tranny--drive the new truck. Also, easily, comfortably seating six, it's quite a bit more family friendly--although still not really big enough.
Such is life.
